Why do people buy homes or villas in Phuket?
 Why
do people buy houses in Phuket? Phuket is pleasantly warm all year
round, but so are a lot of other places. It is also easy to get
to and has good restaurants, adequate shopping and most mod cons-but
that's also true of a lot of other places. Phuket is beautiful.
So are a lot of other places. So why Phuket? The answer is that
 Phuket
gives good value for money. Spain was once the hot holiday home
destination, but now it's getting expensive. The English have started
going to Eastern Europe-Bulgaria and such places but it's still
cold in those places in the winter.
There are several reasons people buy property in Phuket
they want retirement or holiday homes; they just want to be by the
sea, or a combination of these.
It is interesting to note which types of properties are selling-and
who is making the sales. Price is always a major factor, of course,
but connections and recommendations also have considerable influence.
In many projects, more then half of the units have been sold by
referral. In other worlds, people because they know somebody else
who has already done so.
Buyers often prove to be the best sales people. Naturally they want
the project they have in vested in to work. They want to own a home
in a place that it is all sold out, only because it increases the
value of their own property, but because no one wants to live in
the middle of a construction site for 10 year.
